As the Product Manager, I worked collaboratively with Linearity’s marketing team and lead a tea of UX/UI designers and developers. I had weekly stand-up meetings, sprints, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Led and supervised the creation of the Design System. This DS was later used to create a consistent and cohesive visual and functional language throughout the website and brand. It served as a centralized resource that provides guidelines, standards, and reusable components for design and development teams. Ensured the rebranding effort reflects the company's mission and vision.
I developed documentation and provided training for the Linearity team on managing and updating the new design system and website, ensuring they could use the platform effectively.
